Clinics that contact us about hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers usually have one of two questions: "which brands do you stock?" and "why is one syringe three times the price of another?" This article answers both from the supplier's side. It covers who makes each brand, where it comes from, how the range is organised and how it is positioned in our catalogue.
It does not cover technique, patient selection or outcomes. HA fillers are professional-only products and we supply them to licensed practitioners and licensed importers only.
The four brands at a glance
| Brand | Manufacturer | Origin | Range lines in our catalogue | Listed retail per unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Restylane | Galderma | Sweden | Classic, Lyft, Kysse, Defyne, Volyme, Eyelight, Skinboosters Vital | ₹6,180 to ₹24,999 |
| Juvederm | Allergan Aesthetics (AbbVie) | France / USA | Ultra 4, Volbella, Volift, Voluma, Volux | ₹13,770 to ₹29,000 |
| Neuramis | Medytox | South Korea | Light, Deep, Volume, with and without lidocaine | ₹5,890 to ₹6,199 |
| e.p.t.q. | Jetema | South Korea | S100, S300, S500 | ₹4,150 to ₹7,000 |
Prices are INR inclusive of GST as listed on qunzaglobal.com in September 2026. Juvederm is listed as 2 x 1ml packs; the others are single syringes unless stated.
Restylane (Galderma, Sweden)
Restylane is the longest-established HA filler brand on the market and is manufactured by Galderma in Uppsala, Sweden, using its NASHA and OBT (Optimal Balance Technology) gel platforms. In our catalogue it is the deepest of the four brands, with twelve listings:
- Restylane with Lidocaine (1ml) and Restylane Lidocaine 1x1ml: the classic gel, ₹6,180 to ₹6,500.
- Restylane Lyft with Lidocaine: ₹6,180 to ₹6,500.
- Restylane Kysse with Lidocaine: ₹6,180 in the standard pack; a separately sourced Kysse 1ml listing is at ₹24,999.
- Restylane Defyne with Lidocaine: ₹9,120 to ₹9,599.
- Restylane Volyme with Lidocaine: ₹6,180.
- Restylane Eyelight with Lidocaine: ₹6,180.
- Restylane Skinboosters Vital: ₹8,550 to ₹8,999, which sits in the skin-booster segment rather than the volumising one.
At the 10+ tier the ₹6,180 syringes come down to ₹5,253 (about $83). Where the same line appears twice at different prices, it reflects two sourcing routes and two pack presentations; we tell you which is which at quote stage.
Juvederm (Allergan Aesthetics, France)
Juvederm is Allergan's HA family, manufactured in Pringy, France, and known for its Vycross cross-linking technology in the Vol- lines. Our catalogue lists the premium lines as 2 x 1ml packs:
- Juvederm Ultra 4 at ₹13,770 (a single-source Ultra 4 listing is at ₹14,499)
- Juvederm Volbella with Lidocaine at ₹15,000
- Juvederm Volift at ₹14,000
- Juvederm Voluma at ₹14,500 (and a separate Voluma with Lidocaine 2 x 1ml listing at ₹29,000)
- Juvederm Volux at ₹14,000
Per millilitre, the 2 x 1ml packs at ₹13,770 to ₹15,000 work out between ₹6,885 and ₹7,500, which places Juvederm close to Restylane. At the 10+ tier a Voluma pack is ₹12,325 (about $194).
Neuramis (Medytox, South Korea)
Neuramis is made by Medytox in South Korea using its SHAPE (Staged Hyaluronic Acid Processing Enhancement) technology. It is the brand most Indian clinics name when they want a Korean HA filler with a long track record at a lower cost per syringe. Our listings:
- Neuramis Light with Lidocaine at ₹5,890
- Neuramis Deep and Deep with Lidocaine at ₹5,890 to ₹6,199
- Neuramis Volume with Lidocaine at ₹5,890 to ₹6,199
- Neuramis Lidocaine (the standard gel) at ₹6,199
At the 10+ tier a ₹5,890 syringe becomes ₹5,007 (about $79). Neuramis is CE-marked, which matters for EU-based importers; see the compliance section below.
e.p.t.q. (Jetema, South Korea)
e.p.t.q. is Jetema's HA line, manufactured in South Korea. The range is simply numbered by gel density: S100, S300 and S500. In our catalogue:
- e.p.t.q. S100 (1.1ml) at ₹4,150
- e.p.t.q. S300 (1ml) at ₹7,000
- e.p.t.q. S500 (1.1ml) at ₹4,500
The S100 and S500 at the 10+ tier are ₹3,528 and ₹3,825 (about $56 and $61), the lowest per-syringe cost among the four brands. The 1.1ml syringe is a detail worth noting when comparing per-millilitre pricing.
Price positioning summarised
| Position | Brands | Per-syringe band (retail) |
|---|---|---|
| Value Korean | e.p.t.q. S100 / S500 | ₹4,150 to ₹4,500 |
| Mainstream Korean | Neuramis, e.p.t.q. S300 | ₹5,890 to ₹7,000 |
| European premium | Restylane, Juvederm (per ml) | ₹6,180 to ₹9,599 |
| Specialty and single-source | Restylane Kysse 1ml, Juvederm Voluma with Lidocaine | ₹24,999 to ₹29,000 |
What clinics tell us: they typically keep one European brand for patients who ask for it by name and one Korean brand for the bulk of their menu. Neuramis plus Restylane is the most common pairing in our order history; e.p.t.q. is growing fastest among newer clinics.
Professional-only supply and market rules
HA fillers are notified medical devices in India and Class III devices in the EU. Our rules are the same for all four brands:
- India: supplied only to registered medical practitioners and licensed clinics, with clinic registration, practitioner registration number and a purchase order on file. GST invoice with batch and expiry on every order.
- EU and UK: Restylane, Juvederm, Neuramis and e.p.t.q. carry CE marking. We supply them to an EU-established importer or distributor who takes on the importer obligations under EU MDR 2017/745, on a quote basis. We verify the current CE certificate for the specific SKU before quoting.
- United States: we do not ship fillers to US addresses. Only FDA-approved, US-labelled product sold through a state-licensed wholesale distributor is lawful there, and that channel is already served by the manufacturers' authorised distributors.
- GCC, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Latin America: shipped DAP by DHL, FedEx or Aramex to buyers who are the importer of record and hold the relevant licence.
Fillers that need cool storage travel in insulated boxes with validated gel packs. Sealed, correctly stored product can be returned within 7 days for damage or dispatch error.
How to spot a counterfeit filler
The four brands above are among the most counterfeited aesthetic products in the world. Our checklist: the outer carton must carry a lot number and expiry that match the syringe label; the tamper seal must be intact; the manufacturer's hologram or security label must be present and not simply printed; and the syringe, needle count and leaflet language must match the market the product was made for. If a price is far below the bands above, that is the first warning sign.
