- Are the products authentic?
- Yes. We buy sealed from manufacturers and authorised distributors, and can provide lot numbers, expiry and a certificate of analysis on request.
- Do I need to be a doctor to order?
- Injectables are supplied only to licensed practitioners, clinics and registered importers. Topical and wellness products are open to everyone.
- How does verification work?
- After your first order request we ask for a licence, medical registration or company registration. It is reviewed once, within a business day, and stored securely.
- How do I pay?
- International card, bank wire (SWIFT) or PayPal against a USD invoice. Payment is taken only after we confirm stock and shipping.
- How long does delivery take?
- Typically 5–9 working days door-to-door by DHL or FedEx, depending on the lane and customs.
- Are prices in USD? What about duties?
- Prices are in USD, ex-works. Duties and taxes at destination are payable by the buyer.
- Can I get better pricing on volume?
- Yes. Public tiers apply at 5+ and 10+ units. Verified clinics and distributors get 25+ and 50+ tiers and mixed-SKU volume pricing — request it on the Clinics page.
