Terms of sale
1. Parties
These terms govern sales by Qunza Global ("Qunza", "we") to the customer ("you"). By submitting an order request you accept them.
2. Professional-use products
Injectable products are supplied only to licensed healthcare practitioners, clinics and licensed importers. You warrant that such products will be administered by or under the supervision of a licensed practitioner and that their import and use is lawful at the destination. Qunza may request evidence of licensing at any time and may decline or cancel an order.
3. Orders and pricing
An order request is an invitation to treat. A contract is formed when Qunza issues a confirmed invoice. Prices are shown in the currency of the site you are using; shipping is quoted at confirmation. Duties, taxes and clearance charges at destination are your responsibility unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
4. Payment
Payment is due before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
5. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier for international shipments (ex-works / DAP as stated on the invoice) and on delivery to your address for domestic shipments. Delivery times are estimates.
6. Returns
See Shipping & Delivery. Cold-chain products cannot be returned once accepted unless damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours with photographs.
7. Liability
Qunza supplies products; it does not provide medical advice or administer treatments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qunza's liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
