Packaging
Temperature-sensitive lines (toxins, some fillers and glutathione) ship in insulated boxes with validated gel packs, sized for the transit time of your lane. Everything is discreetly packed with no product description on the outer box.
Costs
Shipping is quoted at confirmation based on weight and lane. Prices are ex-works; import duties and taxes at destination are payable by the buyer (DAP). We provide a commercial invoice with HS codes.
Customs & eligibility
You are responsible for confirming a product may be imported into your country. Where a product is not registered locally we will say so before dispatch and suggest a registered alternative. Qunza does not ship products to countries where their import is prohibited.
Returns
Sealed, unopened, correctly stored products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for damage or dispatch error. Cold-chain products cannot be returned once accepted unless damaged in transit — photograph the parcel on arrival and contact us within 24 hours.
